Long lets are a different job from listing a property, so Rentals is a choice rather than an assumption. Install it in a click; the screens appear in the sidebar straight away, and removing it hides them again without touching the data.

Publish a unit as a short let and keep its calendar in step with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. One calendar decides whether a night is free — the same one your long leases already write to.

A leak reported on WhatsApp is a leak nobody can find next month. Maintenance puts the report on the unit, gives it an owner and a state, and leaves a record on the property when it is done.
In developmentFurther out: Inspections — check-ins and check-outs with photographs attached, and Documents — contracts and certificates, with a reminder before they expire. Neither is being written yet.
