Notice Board
Operations
The lobby notice board, printed and on every tenant's dashboard.
Post an announcement, an outage, a payment reminder or an event once. It shows on your tenants' dashboards, and on a printed sheet for the lobby whose QR code opens the current notices.
- Notices on every tenant's dashboard
- A printable A4 board with a QR code
- See which tenants each notice reached
How it works
You write a notice once. Tenants see it in their portal, and anyone in the building can read it from the printed board.
- 01
Write the notice
Pick a category (announcement, maintenance, payment, event or urgent), choose which properties it is for, and set when it goes up and comes down. Pin the ones that matter most.
- 02
Tenants see it
The notice appears on the dashboard of the tenants who live in those properties. Notices for the whole company reach every tenant.
- 03
Print the board
A board covers one or more buildings. Print it as an A4 sheet for the wall. Its QR code opens the live notices, so a paper copy never shows an old version.
- 04
Show vacancies if you want
Turn vacancies on and the page the QR code opens also lists the units free in that building, for anyone viewing it.
- 05
See who it reached
For each notice, see which current tenants it reached and which of them opened it.
Works with
It plugs into the properties you already hold
Every app reads the same properties, units and contacts, so adding one never means entering your portfolio a second time.
Properties & Units
Notices and boards are set per property, and vacancies come from the units you hold.
Rentals
A notice for one property reaches the tenants whose leases are there. Without Rentals, only company-wide notices reach tenants.
Questions
Before you ask
Do tenants get an email or SMS when I post?
No. Notices appear on tenants' dashboards and on the page the board's QR code opens.
Can people who aren't tenants read the board?
Yes, if the board is public. Anyone who scans the code can read the current notices without signing in. Scans are counted without recording who made them.
What if a printed sheet ends up in the wrong place?
Replace the board's link. Every printed copy of the old QR code stops working, and you print the board again with the new one.
Where do I find it?
On each property's page, in its own tab.
Can I use it for a notice to vacate?
No. It is for information everyone in a building should see. Formal notices to one tenant are handled separately.

Rentals
Rentals turns a unit into a tenancy: a tenant, a lease, and a rent schedule that raises its own invoices. The unit, the address and the photographs are already in PropertyView, so none of it is typed twice.
Short stays
Publish a unit as a short let, price it by the season, and take bookings against the same calendar your long leases already write to. One calendar decides whether a night is free, so a guest and a tenant can never be sold the same doorway.
Maintenance
A leak reported on WhatsApp is a leak nobody can find next month. Maintenance puts the report on the unit, gives it someone responsible and a stage on a board, and keeps the record on the property when the work is done.
Inspections
Record the condition of a unit item by item with photos, have the report approved, and send check-in and check-out reports to the tenant to sign. At move-out, the report is compared with the one made when they moved in.
Documents
Upload each document against the property, unit, tenant, lease, invoice or expense it concerns, so you find it where you would look for it. Documents with an expiry date are tracked, and your team gets an email before anything runs out.
For Landlords & Property Managers
Put your units in front of people already looking.
Listing is free, and every app runs on the same properties and units — so the work you do to let a place is the work that keeps your books straight.
