Before you ask
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. It covers 1 property, 3 units and 2 seats. You don't need a card to start.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes, paid plans with a trial show it on the card, for example 14 days on Starter. Your first invoice is raised when the trial ends.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Yes. Starter is KES 20,000 a year, which is KES 4,000 less than paying monthly for twelve months.
What happens when I reach a limit on my plan?
Nothing you have already added is touched. You just can't add another property, unit or team member until you upgrade or buy extra room on your current plan, and the screen tells you which limit you have hit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the Billing page in your account, whenever you like. Your data stays where it is. If you move to a smaller plan while you are over its limits, nothing is deleted; you just can't add more until you are back under them.
What if I stop paying?
A late invoice doesn't lock you out straight away. If a subscription ends, the account drops to the free plan, so you can still sign in, read your records and pay what is owed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. You can undo it before then.
Do my tenants need a plan too?
No. The plan belongs to the landlord or agency account. Tenants sign in to their own portal without one.
