For short-stay hosts
Short-stay management for hosts in Kenya
Take direct bookings, keep your Airbnb and Booking.com calendars in step, and run nightly lets in the same books as your long leases.
What it does
From the booking to the books
Calendar
One calendar, no double bookings
Every booking, from your own page or a channel, sits on one calendar per unit. Dates booked on Airbnb or Booking.com come in over their calendar links, and your dates go back out the same way. A unit on a lease cannot be booked for the same nights.
Direct bookings
Your own booking page, with your payment rules
Guests can book from your listing. You choose whether bookings are instant or need your approval, how much deposit is due, when the balance is due, or whether they pay on arrival.
Guests
A page for every booking
Each guest gets a page with their dates, what they have paid and what is still due, including bookings your staff typed in for them.
Money
Nights, cleaning and levies in the accounts
Nightly income, cleaning fees, and the VAT and tourism levy collected for the government post to their own accounts. Reports show occupancy, average nightly rate and income per available night, split correctly across months.
Questions
Common questions
Do I have to connect Airbnb?
No. The calendar and direct bookings work on their own. Channels are optional.
Can I have long leases and short stays in the same building?
Yes. Both use the same units and calendar, so the nights between two tenancies can be let without risking a clash.
Can staff check guests in?
Yes. Staff can see the day's arrivals and departures, and you control what else each of them can see.
